We are currently offering two small group classes:

Monday at 4 pm: Duet Session (2 people)
Ideal for you and a partner! These intimate duet sessions allow you to work out with a friend or family member while Justine tailors the workout to your specific goals, abilities, and needs. -
Wednesday at 5:30 pm: Semi-Private Session (3 people)
Our semi-private sessions offer a small group setting for 3-4 participants, perfect for those seeking personalized instruction. You’ll receive focused guidance to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness in a supportive and fun atmosphere.

Please note that all group classes have a 3-hour cancellation policy. If no one is signed up three hours before class begins, the class will be cancelled.
