All Levels Mat Class
All Levels Mat is open to anyone looking to learn more about Pilates Mat work, and each class is based on the group’s level of experience, body awareness, and fitness level. Exercise modifications are will be provided whenever needed! Magic circles, foam rollers, Pilates balls, stability balls, and resistance bands may be used to provide stability, deepen work, target specific muscles, and/or assist with stretching. This class is open to all levels, drop-ins are welcome, mats are provided, and space is limited to 15.
Intermediate Mat Class
Intermediate Mat Class is designed for experienced Pilates students with a solid core foundation and a comfortable understanding of the basics of the Pilates Mat practice. This class takes basic instruction to the next level, and exercises flow into each other at a fast pace. Drop-ins are welcome, mats are provided, and space is limited to 15.
Mat Class with Props
Mat class with props is done on the Pilates Mat, but incorporates the Pilates Ball and/or the Stability Ball, resistance bands, Pilates Magic Circles, foam rollers, etc. Incorporation of the a Ball causes Pilates exercises to become more challenging, as stabilization requires you to recruit more of your core. You will learn to adapt many floor moves to the ball, as well as increase your core strength and stability. This class is challenging but fun and open to anyone who wants to add a little extra to their Pilates Mat Practice. Drop-ins are welcome, mats and balls are provided, and space is limited to 15.
Equipment Class

This unique class allows you to work out on the Pilates Apparatuses in a group setting. Each Apparatus is designed to assist alignment and target specific muscle groups. Equipment Class offers a full body work out using a combination of the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Step Barrel, Ladder Barrel, Magic Circle, Mat, and Pilates Ball. Equipment Class is drop-in, however space is limited to four people so signing up ahead of time is recommended.

This unique class allows you to work out on the Pilates Apparatuses in a group setting. Each Apparatus is designed to assist alignment and target specific muscle groups. Equipment Class offers a full body work out using a combination of the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Step Barrel, Ladder Barrel, Magic Circle, Mat, and Pilates Ball. Equipment Class is drop-in, however space is limited to four people so signing up ahead of time is recommended. This is an intermediate level class and participants should have taken at least 10 equipment classes prior to joining an intermediate equipment class.
